The founder and creator of Elleada, Christiana Bartolini, began her exploration into the world of health and wellness at the age of 17. Having grown up often ill and lethargic from various sicknesses, she was sick and tired of being sick and tired. Her wakeup call during her senior year of high school drew her to a lifestyle that called for a simpler approach - simpler food and simpler beauty products. Her insatiable appetite for learning about the therapeutic power of whole foods and ingredients led her down a dedicated path of healing and enlightenment. She soon shed excess weight, had better digestion and sleep, and more energy than she had ever known.

Christiana’s biggest influence was her late grandmother, Ada. She grew up watching Ada partake in her daily self-care routines before “self-care” was even a popular term. Through Ada’s love and respect for her own body and personal care, she instilled within Christiana a lifelong understanding and passion towards taking the time and space one needs to connect, reconnect, and stay connected to one’s true self in order to maintain inner peace and harmony.
In 2008, Christiana attended school in San Francisco for holistic nutrition. It was there that she dove deeply into learning about holistic health and wellness. This illuminating time in her life was paramount to where she is today. Christiana began creating her own skincare products for friends and family according to what ailed them. Her skincare creations came naturally to her, paired with her extensive knowledge of what holistic ingredients aided in helping various conditions.
Throughout her 20s, Christiana gained a plethora of experience and knowledge through living in a wellness house and apprenticing alongside its owner, as well as running a wellness center that provided various health services which included practicing as a Holistic Nutrition Consultant. Eventually she found herself regularly receiving requests for a myriad of natural skincare products from friends and family.
In late 2016 when the holiday season was near, Christiana created a few different skincare products as gifts for her friends and family. One of those gifts was a hair strengthening serum. She had been dabbling with the idea of creating a serum that contained all of the natural ingredients that she had learned about over the years that contribute to great hair health, and this was the perfect opportunity to give it to many people all at once. The following year, in 2017, Christiana received multiple requests for more hair serum from her friends and family, stating that they really saw and felt a difference. But she was hesitant to believe that she had actually created a product that provided such effective results. Her lack of self-belief caused her to push the product to the wayside and almost forget about it.
It wasn’t until, during that same year, that Christiana began to listen. She was diagnosed with an autoimmune disease and she was experiencing thinning hair as an unfortunate side effect. The first thing that came to her mind was trying her own hair serum for an extended period of time to see if it’d help. Within one month, Christiana was astounded when she noticed that her hair went back to normal. She finally believed that she was onto something and decided to test out the serum on new participants. Needless to say, the feedback and results have been overwhelmingly positive.
Christiana knows it’s important to share this product with the world, “The path I had to take to get to the point of self-belief was rocky but it was imperative to my experience of trusting and believing in myself enough. I’m ready to share this gift and help others find serenity and confidence through the power of natural ingredients.”
